RETURN + EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • To exchange or return an item, please contact our customer service team at +91 9818671376 or at hello@butterandco.com or drop us a message on our website under the contact us section.
  • Please include your name, order number and reason for the exchange or return. Once we have contacted you and mutually agreed upon a solution, we will arrange a pick up for you.
    - Before the pickup please ensure that the package is ready along with the original invoice.
    - All items shall be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
    - Customer shall provide an unboxing video and pictures of the product on our customer care WhatsApp number.
  • Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange and return policy criteria. If the item is accepted, we will exchange it or issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
  • Incase the item is rejected upon inspection by our expert team, the item will be returned back to the delivery address as per the initial order.
  • In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned said product(s) but the pickup doesn't include the item(s), the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product.
  • For COD orders, incase a refund needs to be processed, our team will contact you for your bank details. The money will be transferred directly to your bank account.
