Get dressed and undressed with your pearls. Make sure its the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Don’t be afraid to wear your pieces! Pearls love to be worn but remember to care for them. For lifelong durability we recommend that the pearls shouldn’t be exposed to extreme heat or chemicals (although we baked them as a test and they were still perfect). Avoid prolonged contact with water and water related activities like swimming or activities that involve a lot of perspiration like the steam or sauna. Gently wipe your pearls with a soft cloth at the end of the day. For best results we recommend using the Butter & Co polishing cloth provided to you. While storing them away, don’t toss your pearl jewellery with other metals or stones to avoid scratches. We recommend using the Butter & Co pouches provided to you to store multiple pieces and travel with ease.

Any piece that you receive from us qualifies for repairs for 3 years from the date of purchase. Under this warranty we’ll work with you to figure out a solution in case of any manufacturing defects or damage to the material and workmanship. Just contact us via hello@butterandco.com
Please note that this warranty does not cover lost or misplaced items, scratches due to daily usage or wear and tear and breakage due to poor care and storage. The warranty also does not cover products that may have been altered by a third party vendor. In case of any defects the product(s) must be returned directly to butter & co to qualify for repairs, replacements or resizing.
